Klas Vinter is a Swedish author whose documentary writing combines first-hand experience with a literary voice and a strong interest in working life, power and social change.

For more than forty years, Vinter worked for one of Stockholm’s best-known taxi companies. In The Invisible Ones, he draws on that unique insight to portray an industry under severe pressure from within — a story of night shifts, humiliation, hidden power structures and the people navigating loyalty, exhaustion and the hope of something better.
